These are actual examples of defects and deficiencies we have found in jobs. This is why you need a special inspector. 

Everything from critical defects to subcontractors installing the wrong sized material and charging the owner for it. Materials that were cut in the wrong place and the fab shop tried to weld them and hide the fact that it was cut at all on-demand critical components. The list goes on and on.  This is about doing it right the first time so you are not liable 15 years down the road because someone cut corners.
